Monthly Dates We meets every 2nd Thursday of the month with weekend dates too to be confirmed Feb 9th,March 16thMay 11th, June 8th,July 13th,Sept 14th, Oct 12th, Nov 9th and Dec 14th Held in my cabin in Wendover, Bucks. £15 This group came about when I came across a wonderful metaphysical understanding of Hasimotos Thyroiditis, a condition I have had for the last 20 years. I have always struggled with being seen and being heard, preferring to hide but gradually over the years I have stepped more into my power, into the foreground. It was during the receiving of Metatronic Healing Foundation energies for the 3rd time that I had a revelation. Not unsurprisingly it was during the receiving of the Transmission of Sandalphon energies. Sandalphon oversees sound/music vibration and is the twin of Metatron. His energy is also grounding and protective helping us connect with our higher power. What came into my awareness was that the suppression of my voice as a child through trauma is best expressed with a deep Om that resonates from the pit of the stomach, the solar plexus. I had suppressed my feeling of rage and anger deeply as a child, it was not safe to express how I was truly feeling so I internalised them. Consequently my throat, voice, expression of myself and the shining of my light in the world has been overshadowed by this holding back of my self. I have found that through sound, though I am not a sound therapist or healer (I have trained in Reiki Drum technique) that there is an ease to releasing, there is power in doing this as a group, a safety to just express at your own pace and make the contribution you feel you are able to make. I want to share this quote to close "By paying attention to our experiences, learning ways of releasing them and understanding the act of spiritual transformation we can lift up all woundedness and enter the realms of light" I hope you will join me for the Soul Voice group and Workshops. |
