Yoga with Ananga Mohini devi dasi
Rejuvenate and harmonise mind, body and soul with the practice of yoga.
Each yoga class includes practice of asanas (physical postures) to release tension and stress, pranayama (breathing exercises) to focus and calm the mind and yoga nidra (deep relaxation) to feel recharged and revitalised.
Classes also include chanting of transcendental mantras. These scared sound vibrations clear away negative emotions from our heart and help us connect to our real spiritual self. Thereby experiencing the joyful nature we hold within.
About the teacher:
Ananga Mohini devi dasi is a qualified yoga teacher, accredited with the Yoga Alliance. Having practiced yoga for over 10 years and with a transformed heart and mind she is keen to help others on their journey towards inner peace.
