My son was attacked and horrifically stabbed in the head 8 days ago.In the English seaside town of Bournemouth where he lives and works. He is a bright, intelligent young man with a good future before him. Yet now he is in a deep coma, in critical condition, fighting for his life, and with everything in the balance.
His medical team are phenomenal, the Dorset Police Force have been amazingly supportive and professional.
His friends have been, and continue to be, a circle of Light surrounding my son and the rest of us will love and care. Since the press published the story, we have had messages from so many people.
It is as if this dark, scary place into which our family has been thrust has been surrounded by a great pool of Light to remind us that one senseless act of violence is not the meaning of life.
