We have all re-aligned~ our way is to reset and establish it into a continuous sequence of the way,

Winter Solstice: It’s 4.00 am! We can’t sleep!
We were inspired to breathe, expand and anchor into the divine source of the planets and galaxy’s and be in the moment of these expanded entities~ we are lost cant find our way forwards~ the excitement has burnt out in this first wave of truth~ the ascension process is in stage two~ people have come down from the initial high and landed on their feet in the 5th Ds+ earth.

The way ahead is to understand these levels and begin to embrace the 12 Dimensions on Gaia as a living thing~ everyday life~ down to earth.
We begin again from this 7th frequency, it feels different~ no adrenalin~ no high.

Feeling Normal:

The inner feeling is a normal/mundane feeling… it is just there as an expanded field of the moment, that is our true being, without the chemical emotions of the humans body controls~ without the hype of the media circus creating these biological controls.
Its a detachment from the physical controls and while we are here expanded and @ one with the moment~ we are creating a neuron pathways between the 5th-12th dimensional frequency breaking the old and creating the new for Gaia.

Remember we are one~ remember we hold, balance and heal.
There are two levels that we work on~ the Gaia adjustments and the integration of these into the physical life of mankind/You.
Dear souls, our message to you is~ you shared ideas and experiences as guidelines for others to learn about~ relate to in their life, while revising and up dating and integrating the multi dimensions into Gaia and mankind.

Observe how everything is much more expanded~ people are coping with these new frequencies of light~ each in their own way~ it has slowed every soul down, in their way of dealing with their life styles.
What you are all doing here is more that just affecting the fields of Gaia and souls~ it’s establishing a pattern in the very core of life~ you are in the process of this in your capacity as ground crews. Thank you X
